Nicole Nascenzi

Nicole Nascenzi is passionate about social media and her experience comes from a diverse background in journalism and public relations. Not only is she the public relations coordinator of Oklahoma’s fastest-growing university, she also is an award-winning journalist with over ten years experience and an energetic educator focused on giving student journalists the skills they need to thrive in the changing media environment of the 21st century.

She has successfully implemented Facebook, Flickr, Twitter and YouTube campaigns, even doubling the traffic to RSU’s homepage with the university’s first Facebook advertising campaign. With equal skill, Nicole has educated stakeholders in the new technologies and opportunities offered in social media. Even as she continues to follow the fast-paced advances affecting public relations, journalism and education, Nicole updates both students and professionals on social media.
